40 pounds gone from Turbo Fire alone!

I started Turbo Fire in November of 2010, from my starting weight of 255 (I had lost 7 pounds from my heaviest weight of 262 already) I have lost 40 pounds in a year! (It would have been more, but I tore my knee up twice and sprained my ankle... shit happens, but you just keep on pushing!) I consider these before and during pictures, as my goal weight is 150 pounds (a healthy weight for my 5'6" frame)

  3. Absolutely amazing progress Kat! It's gotta feel great to have come this far. That's the big thing - how good it feels. Lighter, healthier, more ready to bring it! Keep up the awesome! (HUGS)

    1. I did not do any jumping at all, ever, til recently. I did Turbo Fire twice through without jumping and now that I'm in the 180's I do SOME of the jumping. I had terrible knees, but now that I've lost so much weight my knees are doing MUCH better and can handle SOME jostling. Take your before pictures, press play, and keep on doing your best, even if you mess up a few times a week it's not the end of the world. ALWAYS look at the bigger picture. :) A year of doing good with a few weeks of mess ups = most of a year doing good!
