4 months of Raw Food

I've lost a total of 32 pounds since starting on this raw food diet, in only 4 months!  In the last month alone I've lost 2 pounds and 5 inches

1 inch off my waist
3 off my hips
and .5 off of each of my thighs


The top pictures are of me before I started the raw food diet in combination with my exercise
The bottom photos are me now.
